The organization has built a high-performing, preferred provider network delivering cost-effective, high-quality, patient-centered primary and specialty care. These contracts include various incentives for quality, PCMH recognition and cost containment to streamline the enrollment process with select health plans.
Value-Based Care (VBC) Management
Our robust clinical care management team focuses on providing the highest level of service to IPANY physicians and their patients. The care management team utilizes comprehensive data feeds from multiple sources (hospitals, labs, insurance companies, and other providers) to ensure individualized care including scheduling patients for important tests/ consultations, reconciling medications after hospitalizations, addressing social barriers to health, and providing patient education. Team members assess and stratify patient risk and utilize predictive analytics to ensure the Right Care, at the Right Place, at the Right Time
Delegated Credentialing
We've partnered with Medallion, a credentialing platform designed to simplify and enhance the credentialing process. As an industry leader in credentialing and roster management, Medallion is NCQA accredited and SOC-II compliant. With its intuitive interface, our team can efficiently manage provider data, track credentialing statuses, and maintain up-to-date records, all while minimizing administrative workload.
Billing & Collections
Our Billing and Revenue Cycle (RCM) is offered exclusively for IPANY members. Our RCM Team has an experienced staff that is laser-focused on helping independent physicians remain independent by being an extension of YOUR office. We work together to identify the “root cause”, provide training and resources to ensure we are able to bill efficiently and accurately.
