IPANY SERVICES, INC. and VERIZON  COMMUNICATIONS have instituted a LOCAL DIAL TONE DISCOUNT PROGRAM.  This is a WIN-WIN program.  The REBATE PROGRAM entitles payphone owners who sign up for the program to a rebate of $8.00 for every ANI (for IPANY members) and $7.00 rebate for non-members.  In conjunction with the $8.00 rebate per line per month, VERIZON will discount usage by 30%.
